Am I Allowed to Love Again?

A message for widows, widowers, and anyone grieving love lost.

It’s the question no one dares to ask out loud — but it lingers in the hearts of many who have lost a beloved partner.

Grief has many layers. The shock. The sorrow. The aching silence in the spaces they used to fill.

But one of the most tender — and often unspoken — layers of grief is guilt.
